Emergen-C quickly fizzes in water to furnish 1,000 milligrams of non-acidic Vitamin C as 27 mineral ascorbates and electrolytes instantly form. Emergen-C Lite does not contain any sweeteners. Emergen-C Tangerine, Lemon/Lime, Cola, Raspberry and Tropical contain a small amount (3 1/2 grams) of fructose + B vitamins. Directions: Take 2 or more packets daily, as desired.
