Soft high-grade aluminum casing would create too much friction except for the one-of-a-kind anti-compression outer high-grade aluminum housing between high-grade aluminum casing and cable. Teflon lined inner sleeve between anti-compression sheath and cable weighs only 14gm per feet Cable itself is impregnated with Teflon.
