 Travel Trac RealAxiom V2 Much more than a trainer, the RealAxiom is a cycling simulator, bringing the feel and view of the road inside by pairing a state-of-the-art electromagnetic resistance trainer with your-piece Your PC communicates with the trainer, varying the amount of resistance, reflecting real world conditions as you ride through different courses. New features include aChampion? computer-controlled competitor, the ability to race against a human competitor on a LAN, background music, multiple menu languages, and on-screen text messages. The Real Axiom includes 14 preset courses, a 4 week training program, and permits the rider to program his own custom courses. View personal ride stats, like speed, distance, ride-time, cadence, heart rate and power output and store them for your own training history, making your indoor training a lot more enjoyable and effective. By collecting all the important stats, you can see your progress as you prepare for the next season. Not only does the resistance change based on the course and rider input, the RealAxiom features 2 DVD's of actual European road courses-the Limoges climb from the 2004 Tour de France and the 2004 Verona World Championship course. These courses are coordinated to the RealAxiom resistance unit and the rider will experience the ultimate in indoor training realism. New DVD courses will be available periodically. The addition of the SofTrac roller improves traction, lowers tire wear and permits a much quieter, smoother ride.
