Crank Brothers Smarty small-platform, all-mountain pedals let you customize your pedals with interchangeable colored rails. Egg Beater four-sided entry means these are a snap to engage. Formed steel body components and chromoly spindle with cartridge bearings ensure years of trouble-free use, even in the most demanding conditions. Open design delivers 6 degrees of rotational float to ensure riding comfort. Side rails pop off with the push of a screwdriver and easily snap back on; Presto--you've now added new bling to your bike pedals! These bright orange pedals come with three choices of interchangeable side rails; black, grey and dark blue. These pedals should only be used with the Egg Beater Cleats (included) which fit nearly all SPD-compatible shoes. These pedals' small platform opens up options for riders who prefer to unclip on technical sections or dismount often like cyclo-cross racers. Threaded external port allows easy lubrication without disassembling. Unique design and few moving parts allow reliable entry and release even when gunked up with mud.
