The Universal Mounting Plate accessory facilitates wall mounting of the Yakima® Ground Control Base System. Universal plate has multiple holes so it works with any stud configuration that a garage, condo, apartment or basement might have. When wall studs do not line up with the two Ground Control mounting plates (they are approximately 4" tall x 1" wide) this mounting plate will help.
