Dimension Universal Road Instep Adaptor is designed to accept any standard 3-bolt road cleats such as SPD-SL, Look KeO, Look Delta, Time, and other standard 3-bolt road cleats. Allowing you choose the pedal system you want to use with the Insteps.

• Cleats and pedals are sold separately
• Clip and strap set mounts to clipless pedals in place of the cleats
• Allows use of a wide variety of shoes
