The NiteRider Sol uses the same high quality headlamp as the MiNewt.X2, but with a more economical NiMH battery. Just like the MiNewt the Sol is constructed with a custom-made reflector and Borofloat lens to minimizes loss of light, and maximize light output. Add to this the 8-hour Sol smart charger, that constantly monitors battery level all this makes the Sol a killer deal on a great light.
