These allow you to convert your clipless pedals into platform to ride around town without your road shoes.

• Converts pedals with SPD-type cleats into platforms for casual riding
• Includes 85 x 95 x 10mm thick platforms and mounting hardware
• Works with SPD-type cleats, such as Time, Shimano, Crank Brothers, Ritchey, Wellgo, and other SPD-compatible pedals
• Does not include cleats; does not work with Speedplay cleats and pedals
• Weight: 240 grams
